LIVE on the Internal Screens 📺
We’re broadcasting Game 3 from Suncorp Stadium with full sound on the screens inside the PPH pub level. Internal only (no TVs out the front), so head in and post up where you can hear every hit, every play, and every Tedesco or Munster moment. Suncorp on Origin night is the loudest ground in Australia, and PPH on Origin night isn’t far behind.
$5 Carlton Pints (8pm to First Points) 🍺
From 8pm until the first points are scored, we’re slinging $5 pints of our Carlton. Whichever side puts points on the board first, the deal ends. Get in early, get a round in, and get settled before kick-off at 8:10pm.
Book a Table Near the Screens 🪑
Walk-ins are welcome, but we strongly recommend booking a table for Origin Game 3. Bookings lock in a seat with a clear view of an internal screen, which matters because the final match of the series always packs out. Hit the Book a Table button at the bottom of the page.

Our full menu runs throughout the match, including our slow smoked meats, burgers, salads, and share plates. Plus craft beers, cocktails, and cold drinks on tap. No need to eat before you arrive.

Win, lose or draw, the night doesn’t have to end at full time. Head upstairs to Sweethearts Terazza (Wed to Sun) to keep the party going. Wednesday Origin nights are a good one.
State of Origin Game 3 2026: The Matchup
Game 3 of the 2026 Ampol State of Origin series heads to Suncorp Stadium in Brisbane on Wednesday 8 July, with the NSW Blues and QLD Maroons closing out the series at the spiritual home of Queensland rugby league. Known as The Cauldron, Suncorp Stadium holds 52,500 fans and is one of the toughest grounds in world rugby league. Queensland have historically dominated here, which makes any NSW win at Suncorp one of the most satisfying results in the game.
Whether Game 3 is a live decider with the shield on the line, or a dead rubber with pride and selection on the line, it always delivers. Origin Game 3 has produced some of the most famous moments in Australian sport, and 2026 is unlikely to be any different. The series wraps here, so make a night of it.
You can’t easily get to Brisbane midweek for a 8:05pm kick-off, so if you’re in Sydney and want the closest thing to being there, Potts Point Hotel is your spot.
