We’re serving up something special: EveryPlate’s Dinner Roast, a one-night-only comedy show at Level One, our first-floor live performance stage here at Potts Point Hotel, on Thursday 18 June 2026. It pairs live stand-up with a hearty three-course dinner, hosted by comedian and self-proclaimed anti-foodie Nikki Osborne with viral comedians Troy Kinne and Gen Fricker. Doors open 6:30 PM.
Tickets are $22.49 via Eventbrite. Come hungry and ready to laugh, because we’re roasting over-the-top foodie culture, one $14 garnish at a time.

A Comedy Show With Dinner at Potts Point Hotel
Bougie foodie culture got you splitting your sides? Outrageous recipes have you cracking up? Then come hungry and ready to laugh at EveryPlate’s Dinner Roast, the anti-foodie comedy show that brings stand-up to your sit-down dinner. We’re hosting this first-of-its-kind night upstairs at Level One, our intimate live performance stage, where we serve big laughs and a hearty meal all under one roof.
If you’ve ever felt intimidated by over-the-top foodie culture, overwhelmed by complicated recipes, or you just want a night of great food and big laughs, pull up a chair. This is dinner and a show with the pretension stripped out and the laughs turned all the way up.
Who’s on Stage
Nikki Osborne (Host) 🎤
Comedian, actor and self-proclaimed anti-foodie Nikki Osborne hosts the one-night-only event, serving up big laughs, brutal roasts, and a playful take on the dinner-time drama we all know too well.
Troy Kinne & Gen Fricker 🔥
Joining Nikki are viral comedians Troy Kinne and Gen Fricker, roasting over-the-top foodie culture live on stage, from unnecessary $14 garnishes to dramatic tableside flambés. Everything gloriously wrong (and hilarious) about modern dining is fair game.

You’ll settle in for a full EveryPlate feast, including starters, a hearty main and dessert, while enjoying a live comedy show that celebrates everything ridiculous about over-the-top foodie culture. Choose from two meal options when you arrive.

Important Booking Information
- Seating is pre-allocated ahead of the show based on your selected meal option and group booking, so you can leave the seating Tetris to us.
- Doors open from 6:30 PM. Arrive early to grab a drink, settle in and get comfy before the laughs start rolling.
- We recommend arriving 20 to 30 minutes early so you’re settled before things start heating up.
- Spots are limited, but if we fill up faster than a Friday dinner rush, a waitlist will be available.

An icon of Sydney for years, we’re a four-level venue in the heart of Potts Point, near Surry Hills and Darlinghurst and just a few minutes’ walk from Kings Cross Station. The comedy show runs upstairs at Level One, where local and international talent perform every night of the week.
Make a night of it. Get in early for a drink downstairs before the show, then kick on after the final laugh at Sweethearts Rooftop or Kit & Kaboodle. We actively welcome people with access needs and cater for a range of accessibility requirements.
